Returns

We do not accept returns on any products due to safety and integrity concerns. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its handling, storage, or condition, and therefore cannot accept it back into inventory.

Refunds Available

Refunds are limited to the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged upon delivery (photo proof required within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Wrong product shipped (only if unopened and unused)
  • Items not delivered due to a shipping error on our part

No Refunds For

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products seized or held by customs
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders that violate our research-use agreement (see Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy)

Refund Process

To request a refund, email contact@ikonpeptides.com with your order number and supporting documentation (photos, tracking information, etc.). Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at contact@ikonpeptides.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days and resolve documented errors under the Refunds Available terms of our Refund & Returns Policy.

Orders placed in breach of our research-use agreement are not eligible for refund. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or for an order placed in breach of that agreement, is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of your account and referral to collections.

We retain, for every transaction: the order record, the account and email verification, the research-field declaration and research-use acknowledgment accepted at checkout, the shipping address provided by the customer, and carrier delivery confirmation. These records are submitted in full in response to any dispute.

All products offered by IKON Peptides are intended solely for laboratory research or analytical use and are not for human consumption or resale. We operate as a research chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility. All products are restricted to in vitro laboratory research only.
