Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and federal holidays are processed the following business day.

Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship via UPS Ground. Estimated transit time within the United States is 5 business days after processing. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the label is generated. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact contact@ikonpeptides.com.

Packaging and Handling

All compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, packaged to remain stable at ambient temperature during transit. Upon receipt, vials should be stored according to the handling conditions listed on the product page.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders. We ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to addresses that do not match the account holder on the order.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship the order at no cost after the carrier closes its investigation. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control are not grounds for a refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full list of refundable circumstances.

Damaged on Arrival

If a vial arrives broken or compromised, email contact@ikonpeptides.com with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
