Returns

We do not accept returns on any products due to safety and integrity concerns. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its handling, storage, or condition, and therefore cannot accept it back into inventory.

Refunds Available

Refunds are limited to the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged upon delivery (photo proof required within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Wrong product shipped (only if unopened and unused)
  • Items not delivered due to a shipping error on our part

No Refunds For

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products seized or held by customs
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders that violate our research-use agreement (see Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy)

Refund Process

To request a refund, email contact@ikonpeptides.com with your order number and supporting documentation (photos, tracking information, etc.). Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
